Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in their original, sealed condition
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
• Items marked as final sale at time of purchase

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@dogs-first.ch with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without prior authorisation — unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
